We are currently looking to recruit a full-time in-house graduate/junior videographer.

We have a great opportunity for a recent video or multimedia graduate (calibre) to join one of the North’s fastest growing racing car companies – Ginetta. You will be the lead on all Video and Motion Creative and will deliver compelling and imaginative videos to drive the Ginetta experience to a range of audiences, but mainly newcomers to motor-racing across a multitude of digital platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

You will be doing a range of shoots ranging from face-to-camera documentary style right through to speed and exhilarating motion videography – you will have the opportunity to impact significantly on a global business.

We are looking for someone that can instantly show that they’re a great collaborator and have the ability to learn new concepts and bring thoughts and new ideas of your own. You must be able to demonstrate some work experience within motion graphics and video production, including editing and shooting video.

Above all, you will be innovative, curious to drive great ideas to enhance the business through great multimedia content.

GRP Laminator

We are looking to recruit GRP laminators (experienced & non-experienced) to join our growing composites team. Although predominantly team based, you must also have the ability to work on your own with the flexibility to meet deadlines.

Although a good GRP background is preferred it is not essential, provided candidates have a good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

As a Ginetta GRP laminator, you will be producing the bodywork for a large number of production road and race cars, supporting the manufacturing plant.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning/waxing/prepping moulds for lay-up
• Application of various release agents/material identification
• Gel coat application/laminating skills/hand tool dexterity
• Trimming/sanding & polishing of parts after release
• General housekeeping duties- changing barrels/filling recycling bins/unpacking goods-in deliveries
• Wrapping/protecting out bound deliveries

Night CNC Setter/Operator (Axis 4&5)

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC setter operator to join our growing team in Garforth. The successful applicant will be responsible for the running of both our Haas CNC Machining Centres (4 - axis and 5 - axis) on a night shift.

The working hours would initially be between the hours of 9am until 5pm Mon-Fri during the probationary period and then Mon to Thurs between 8pm to 6am. Includes a competitive salary package.

We are looking for someone with experience of machining intricate components with a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience using Haas machines would be advantageous but not essential

Further training to become a full skilled programmer using Hypermill may be available to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

•To set and operate the CNC machines and manufacture automotive including motorsport components

•Ability to read and understand engineering drawings including tolerancing of features.

•Use a range of manual measuring equipment in order to quality check parts produced

•Use our CNC CMM to in order to quality check parts produced.

• To prepare plans and details for Local Authority and clients together with administrative duties
• Ability to take projects from conception to completion.
