Gas Engineer Required

Are you a fully qualified Gas Engineer with the experience of providing a first class service?

You will be part of the maintenance team that will cover the south, consisting of plumbing break downs and also gas works on boilers.

You may be required to also work on our construction sites from time to time.

As the Gas Engineer you will be an effective team player and be able to prioritise responsive and planned maintenance whilst considering customer satisfaction.

You will have:

  • good understanding of domestic and commercial heating / plumbing systems.
  • knowledge and experience in cooling systems will be beneficial.
  • knowledge of residential care homes would also be beneficial with experience in TMV commissioning.
  • Good communication skills are required with a knowledge of using Microsoft outlook and excel.

Training will be provided on a risk basis as we monitor gas compliance to ensure your training is kept up to date with latest legislation and any changes in gas regulation.

You will be required to have domestic and commercial gas qualifications with commercial plumbing experience; specifically

You will be a key member of the Finance Team, supporting the Financial Controller and ensuring that within the construction division accurate financial records are maintained, financial transactions are promptly and accurately processed, and high-quality financial information is provided to the business in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing towards the preparation of monthly financial information including management accounts, VAT return and CIS return.
  • Reviewing of aged creditors and preparing supplier BACS payments
  • Contributing towards the division’s rolling cash flow and profit forecasts
  • Aiding in preparation of the annual division budget update
  • Assisting with the annual audit and statutory financial statements for the construction companies within the division

An experienced Town Planner is required to join a reputable and thriving care home developer. It’s a great opportunity to join this close-knit and well-respected planning team.

Based in Garforth, Leeds, you will already be an experienced Town Planner with a background in either a private or public sector setting, working for a consultancy, local authority, developer or land promoter.

About the role:

The position will involve managing planning project work in-house, as part of the team. This will involve initial site appraisals and evaluation; preparation of written reports and statements and submission of all planning application documentation. It will also involve meeting and negotiating with Planning Officer’s and any/all parties involved in the application processes and being involved in Planning Committee and Appeal situations, as required.

As a result, you will need to be at a stage in your career where you are ready to take ownership of projects – 18 months professional planning experience is therefore the minimum, and ideally you will have more. Whatever your current skill set, you will be offered comprehensive training and support to develop skills and experience in areas where you have not yet had much exposure.

We are looking for GRP Finisher to join the Team, who has a minimum of 3 years experience and any experience/competencies in other aspects of wet-hand lay fibreglass is also preferred.

As a Ginetta GRP finisher, you will be working as part of a team to produce the bodywork for a large number of production road and race cars, supporting the manufacturing plant.

Although predominantly team based, you must also have the ability to work on your own with the flexibility to meet deadlines.

Your key responsibilities include:
 
·Ability to work through sanding grades to achieve a flawless finish
·Be able to identify scratches, pin holes, mould defects, cavities and other imperfections on bodywork
·Ability to complete high quality gel repairs in a quick and efficient manner
·Fill, buff and polish minor mould repairs + maintain mould quality
·Ability to work unsupervised on both moulds and products
