Part Sales Administrator- 12 Months Contract

We are currently looking to recruit a Stores and Parts Sales Administrator to cover a period of Maternity Leave as part of our growing team in Garforth. The successful applicant will provide full administrative and part sales support to the stores function.

You will need to be an effective communicator with strong administrative skills to ensure the accurate upkeep of materials processing.

Experience using a stock system, ideally Sage 200 would be an advantage although not essential looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. This role is ideally suited to an energetic, dynamic and ambitious individual with approximately 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying. The role will include some of the following duties;

Duties

  • Cost planning advice in pre-contract, working with site finders
  • Sub-Contract procurement and negotiation
  • Preparing BOQ and Tender Document
  • Monitoring Budget against actual cost
  • Cost forecasting, producing multiple outcomes
  • Preparation of Payment Application, certification and valuation of sub-contractors work
  • Assessment of variations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Cost advice on client variations
  • Whole life cycle costing
  • Preparation of final account
  • Identify risks and report possible outcomes
  • Develop sub-contractor scope of works with site team
  • Production of monthly CVR

LNT Construction are looking for an Assistant Buyer to join their fast paced and dynamic team.
An integral role to the business, the Assistant Buyer will be required to assist in the procurement of plant, mechanical/electrical & construction materials for our construction sites.

The successful applicant would be required to build an excellent working relationship with our suppliers to assist in negotiations for the best quality products. You would be required to place and progress orders to tight deadlines to ensure that purchases are ordered and delivered on time.

Working within a wider team, you will liaise with the Accounts and Estimating teams to ensure that the purchasing process runs smoothly and efficiently for the business.

Renowned global race car brand Ginetta is offering a unique role for an Aftersales Manager to join their dynamic team. When a customer buys a Ginetta, they become part of our family. However, with Ginetta’s family tree including some of the world’s top drivers and teams in GT racing, this is not a 2.4 children kind of gig!

We are looking for an exceptional candidate, with the common sense, customer focus and organisational nous to enhance our aftersales service. As Aftersales Manager, the successful candidate will manage relationships with our racing clients around the world, handling their on-going part sales and service requests.

Salary: £34,000 + bonus (OTE £40k)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

So, what does it take to be a successful Aftersales Manager at Ginetta?

First of all, you must be able to communicate effectively. You’ll be working in a busy environment, with competing priorities, so making sure your team knows what is required is imperative to ensure the client receives a seamless service.

Keeping the client in the loop and well-informed, setting realistic expectations, is also crucial to managing your client relationships. You therefore must also be well organised and able to take a system-based approach to service so clients are provided with accurate and timely delivery of parts and services.

Most important of all is your ability to analyse the situation and client need. Whilst we want clarity and consistency of process, the successful candidate will need to tailor and flex their approach to meet the individual requirements the situation poses. Motorsport is a varied and challenging environment with demands, priority and urgency changing rapidly.

Our Aftersales Manager will be able to think on their feet and offer solutions to clients which meets their needs in a logical and efficient manner. Going that extra mile and finding a common-sense solution which remains commercially sensible but guarantees a positive customer experience is a must.

  • Ensuring outstanding levels of customer service are delivered at all times
